As of today, I will no longer be blogging about fitness on my separate blog, but rather integrate it all into here, so welcome to everyone who has come over from Action Jen.

For those of you who just read Jen Farrant, I have cross posted some of my favourite fitness posts here into a new fitness category.

I hope you find it interesting reading some of my fitness story, and I am very keen to share this story further, so if you would like me to guest post about fitness and my approach to it, please feel free to contact me.

Don’t worry though, this will not be a purely fitness blog, but I will continue to share my stories about researching, business, arts, education and strategic thinking and planning.
