I have a lot of life experience: building a business; being a freelancer; developing a creative practice; dealing with chronic illness and disability; training for long distance events; changing careers; working in large organisations; working in small organisations; an ex teacher; working in business and working in the arts.

But you should know, I am not a therapist – I highly recommend therapy, if you think you need it then give it a try – here’s a good place to start.

I can help you with:

  • building confidence
  • trying new things
  • getting outside of your comfort zone
  • developing your creative practice
  • delivering creative projects
  • building your business

Sometimes it really helps to have a friendly ear, someone who isn’t tied up in your day to day life to help you to step back and make the decisions yourself. Quite often talking things through can help you to find your own path.

‘Jen was incredibly supportive throughout the process of setting up my Youth Dance Company. She was very flexible and willing to accomodate meetings with me to fit around my work schedule, whether they be via Facetime or in person. I felt like she had a genuine passion for the project and she was always enthusiastic even when sometimes I was getting disheartened – thanks for all your help and advice Jen!’ Alice Westoby.

We will discuss your goals (maybe even finding out what they are) and then figure out a path to get there.

It is almost certain that there will be homework.

I won’t tell you what to do, I will help you to find out what you need to do to stay true to yourself. Unless you really need someone kicking your arse, in which case I can do that!

For a block of 6 sessions of a 50 minutes Skype call it will cost £300, this is payable by PayPal or a bank transfer – an invoice can be provided if required.

You will also get email support between sessions -according to my policies.

Drop me a line and we can arrange a session.
